I am not a word-smith and introductions cause me some anxiety, bare with me...

I began my journey to here in the Fall of 2010, when I offered to attempt senior portraits for my cousin. Turns out, I am lucky she said "sure!", and I have never looked back. With much growth and opportunity, I've met some incredible people and witnessed some beautiful, highly anticipated memories. My goal is to make the humans I work with feel comfortable and at home while providing reminders of moments to be treasured for life times.

I am lucky in love with my high school sweetheart (who might make an appearance to your event as an assistant), and together we've been raising an incredibly independent daughter, happy-go-lucky son, and three sweet pups. Along with photographing incredible humans, I teach early childhood special education (I guess I have a thing for milestones!) I am a mama, wife, daughter, sister, auntie, and something I am really trying to own, as of late, a type one diabetic.

I am motivated by being cozy, the Minnesota silhouette, and the color blue. I am always looking for a good adventure, but also love hanging out at home and binge watching reruns of Friends or The Office.

Like I stated before, I live for milestones; like your first kiss or dance as a married couple, your first snuggles as a new family, or your first cups of coffee in your new home. As well as first steps, words, and smiles, or starting kindergarten to graduating high school.
